She founded Beautifueled as a platform to help others discover the best version of themselves, both mentally and physically. More than your average beauty blogger, Jessica shares how beauty comes from the inside out and how to fuel your body and mind for a confident glow. Jessica runs her own public relations and marketing consulting business in addition to a premium skincare business with Rodan+Fields. In December 2015, she left her corporate marketing and communications career with a desire to forge a new path and have more control of her career growth. Through Beautifueled, she shares her struggles and triumphs of running her own business.

Professional Experience

Jessica is a dynamic marketing professional and story teller with +11 years of progressive marketing and public relations experience in the consumer fitness, healthcare and technology industries. Prior to establishing Jessica Flick Consulting, LLC., she worked on the PR agency side at MSL Worldwide and Schwartz Communications, where she mastered the art of story telling and account management. Then she launched a marketing career working in-house at top fitness companies, including: 24 Hour Fitness, TRX and SoulCycle.

Now, as the founder of her own communications company, she consults on branding, media relations, digital marketing, content development integrated marketing campaigns. Her clients include: Chempetitive Group, Norwest Venture Partners, Enso Relief, Reso and Flick Connection.
